Refund and Returns Policy

Reservation

  1. Please make advance reservations via telephone or book online to assure room availability.
  2. A deposit is required to obtain a confirmed reservation. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
  3. Rates may change without notice and may vary for special events except for confirmed reservation (deposit taken).
  4. Rates are inclusive of statutory tax and charges.

Deposit

  1. To confirm your reservations, a deposit equal to a minimum of one night’s room rate. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. For alternate arrangements, please contact the Hotel.
  2. For Corporate reservations secured by a company credit card, the deposit requirement may be waived at the discretion of the Hotel. Please inquire before making a reservation.
  3. Group bookings of four or more rooms requires a 30 day cancellation notice for return of the deposit.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At Wescot Villas, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. While payments made for bookings are non-refundable, we offer flexible options to support our guests and clients.

Cancellations
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. This policy helps us ensure the availability and quality of our services for all our guests.

Date Changes & Rescheduling
If you need to modify your reservation, we will gladly assist you in rescheduling your accommodation or service, subject to availability. Requests to change dates must be submitted in writing at least 10 days prior to the original check-in or service date. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred dates.

Check In

  1. Normal check in time is 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. For late arrivals, please contact for instructions on the procedure for arrival after 6 p.m.

Check-out is at 11:00 a.m

  1. Early check-in and check-out is possible on availability only available by prior arrangement only. Each is subject to room or vacation rental unit availability.
